Utilizing advanced equipment, the team tracks the creature, whose hostility stems from anxiety in an unfamiliar environment. Ash and Kiawe observe Buzzwole’s tendency to strike heroic poses and mimic the behavior to lower its defenses. Taking advantage of this distraction, Ash successfully captures the Pokémon using a Beast Ball. Following the capture, Buzzwole is transported back to its native dimension through the reopened Ultra Wormhole, concluding the group's initial assignment.
