Ash and his companions reach a village where they encounter a group of Pikachu along with their trainers, Frank and Jean. Frank is highly impressed by the abilities and appearance of Ash's Pikachu. Consequently, he expresses a desire to feature Ash's Pikachu in a film production alongside the Cosplay Pikachu. This opportunity arises directly from Frank's admiration for the electric-type Pokémon during the meeting in the village.
