The group seeks shelter from rain at a Pokemon Center, but a roof leak causes a power outage. Clemont uses Luxray, Pikachu, and Dedenne for temporary electricity while he repairs the damage. Ash fixes the leak, while Serena and Bonnie assist Nurse Joy. Needing a replacement fuse, Clemont sends Chespin and Bunnelby to town with a note. The pair encounter Team Rocket, but Ash arrives and defeats the villains independently. After retrieving the fuse, Clemont restores power. The celebration ends with Chespin becoming the first patient after overeating at the feast.
