Ep. 18: Daphne searches for Clive and confronts Gara and Sekiren in the city.
Daphne seeks Clive to locate Adelicia and encounters Gara, Goetia's secretary. Gara lacks Clive's location, prompting Sekiren to appear and attack Daphne. He claims he wishes to assist her search and questions her role as Adelicia's servant, to which she replies she is content. Sekiren confesses his love, embarrassing Daphne. They discover Clive dead and accuse Gara of murder. Gara employs forbidden techniques to fuse with a demon, revealing his affiliation with Ophion, a mage organization that ignores magical taboos. Sekiren defeats Gara, forcing his retreat. He then informs Daphne of his connection to Oswald Mathers and notes her transformation from Adelicia's sister, having traded her blond hair and green eyes for her current state. Sekiren falls asleep in the grass while reiterating his love for her.
