Darkloid VineMan launches widespread attacks across DenTech City, ensnaring Roll in his life-draining vegetation. Mr. Match and HeatMan return to assist in the battle, but HeatMan sustains damage during the conflict. Consequently, Famous aids in the reconstruction of TorchMan. Collaborating with the newly rebuilt TorchMan, MegaMan generates TorchSoul, which successfully incinerates VineMan, reducing him to ashes and resolving the immediate threat to the city and its inhabitants.
