Ms. Mari and Tory organize a hot springs vacation for Lan and his companions, but their rigid regulations prevent the group from relaxing. During the trip, Lan encounters Tamako, who runs a gift shop and enjoys NetBattling. She challenges Lan to a battle using her NetNavi, HeavyMetalMan. Meanwhile, BubbleMan repeatedly interrupts the events in an attempt to seek revenge on MegaMan, adding further complications to the outing.
