During a date, Mio interrupts Basara and Yuki, leading to a demon named Valga attacking the group. Takashi defeats Valga using his weapon, Byakko. Shiba introduces himself as an observer and announces a 3v3 match scheduled for one week later. With his father's approval, Basara and his friends undergo intense training. During this period, Basara and Mio become intimate to strengthen their bond and abilities. Yahiro warns Basara that he will eliminate the hero clan members, including Yuki, if they plan to kill Mio. Basara declines Yuki's request to withdraw from the battle and gives him a spare house key. Both sides prepare at the designated location for the upcoming confrontation.
