Ep. 9: Aono's failed attempt to kill Matsuri leads to Yorito's rescue and Mayuko's intervention

Aono pursues Matsuri through an abandoned area, initiating a one-sided chase where the victim flees for survival. Although Aono attacks relentlessly, she ultimately spares Matsuri’s life and departs. Meanwhile, Yorito suffers a mental attack and is taken to Mana’s residence for protection against Aono, who later visits but is persuaded to leave. Subsequently, Matsuri encounters Takeshi, who attempts to murder her once more and nearly succeeds in his assault. Just as the situation becomes critical, Mayuko steps in to intervene, successfully saving Matsuri from death and ending the immediate threat posed by Takeshi.
