Sonic returns to his own world. Meanwhile Chris, who is now 18 years old, looks back on all the memories he had with him. The original TV broadcast uses insert songs "Natsu no Hi" and "Midori no Hibi" by OFF COURSE, while home video releases use "The Shining Road" and "Event: The Last Scene" from Sonic Adventure 2.
