Maya demonstrates progress in training and is assigned to serve as a sniper alongside the other pilots. Later, Kazuki and Fumihiko receive an invitation from Michio and Yumiko to join Maya and Chizuru for dinner. A notification arrives regarding an evening bone festival intended to honor the deceased. However, a group of Rare Type Festums approaches the island, prompting all pilots to engage in combat. During the battle, Sakura is captured by one of the creatures, but Kazuki successfully rescues her. Additionally, when another Festum attacks Maya from above, she eliminates it at point blank range, securing victory for the team against the approaching threat.
