Ep. 17: Maya shares data as Kyouhei reports Yoki's sacrifice while Tsubaki's identity is revealed and Canon triggers the Fenrir System.

Maya provides research data to Fumihiko, and Kyouhei reveals that Yoki sacrificed himself to destroy the Festums in the laboratory. Tsubaki, currently at the Alvis base, is identified as Soushi's younger sister. Michio is ordered to leave the island, whereas Canon is asked to remain. Yukie positions a submarine near the island and initiates the Fenrir System self-activation sequence. Upon realizing this, Michio warns the base of the impending danger. Kyouhei tries to disable the sequence, but Canon overrides the system. Michio handles the missiles launched by the fleet. Kazuki, having been released from probation, confronts Canon and successfully convinces her to disarm the sequence.
