Ep. 16: Neo UN fleet secures Alvis base while Seri and Tsubaki reunite before a Festum attack.

The Neo UN fleet assumes control of the Alvis base, only to face a new Festum assault on the island. Seri Tatekami is revealed to have been with the female island core, identified as Tsubaki Minashiro, prior to her return to the base. Chizuru locates Tsubaki and escorts her to the lighthouse. Tsubaki then guides Fumihiko and Soushi to a second command center. Mamoru, Kenji, and Sakura struggle against the Festum but are ultimately defeated. Kazuki arrives in the Fafner Mark Sein, synchronizes with Soushi, and destroys the enemy using a rifle gun followed by a lance sword.
