Ep. 7: Maka and Soul investigate a church in Italy where Crona hides the Demon Sword Ragnarok

Maka and Soul travel to Italy for a supplementary lesson to collect an evil soul. After completing their mission, Maka detects strong soul activity from a nearby church and decides to investigate. They encounter Crona, the meister of the Demon Sword Ragnarok, which resides within Crona's body as black blood. Crona's blood hardens to defend against all of Maka's attacks. Meanwhile, Maka cannot guard against Crona's assaults because Ragnarok can harm Soul in his weapon form. Afraid of hurting her partner, Maka attempts to flee, but Soul receives a severe blow to protect his meister.
