Ep. 10: Black Star and Tsubaki confront Masamune, the soul-devouring Enchanted Sword, in a hostile village.

Black Star and Tsubaki are tasked with hunting Masamune, an enchanted sword consuming human souls. Upon reaching the village where the sword was last seen, they face hostility from locals because of Black Star’s lineage from the Star Clan. Masamune manifests by possessing a young boy, but Black Star successfully frees him from control. Tsubaki then voluntarily enters the sword’s spirit realm to face Masamune’s soul, revealing that the entity is actually her older brother.
