Sara remembers joining the spy corps to support her family rather than for patriotism, though training struggles cause self-doubt. Lamplight damages the mansion during exercises with Klaus but ignores repairs. Klaus discovers Sara secretly fixing the house at night to avoid troubling teammates. He organizes contests to teach the group the value of maintenance. During a window-washing challenge, Sara uses trained animals to assist. Although Lamplight loses, Sara gains confidence to urge serious upkeep. She thanks Klaus for revealing her unique strengths. Later, after an Impossible Mission, Klaus meets C, who suspects the sniper who killed Guido belongs to the Empire's elite Serpent team.
