Ryu and Ken identify Donu as their framer due to a cheek scar, leading them to an Ashura hideout where they defeat Donu and his members. After Ryu is acquitted, a sniper attack injures his shoulder, prompting a chase to the Ashura headquarters. There, they are captured and beaten by Zochi, the Ashura leader who has a chainsaw attached to his left arm. Zochi intends to amputate Ryu’s left arm for his collection, but Dorai and the Hong Kong police raid the location using a tracker on Soong. Ryu and Ken defeat Zochi during the chaos. Later, Sagat is released due to new evidence and advises Ryu to seek the Hadou from a monk named Dhalsim in India.
