Ep. 4: Yamato defends Mei from Kakeru and confesses his past with Aikou to her.
Kakeru Hayakawa attempts to pursue Mei, but she rejects his advances after sensing his true intentions. Yamato, initially unaware of Kakeru's schemes, becomes enraged when he hears Kakeru disparaging Mei and punches him, declaring her as his girlfriend. Kakeru later reports this incident to Aikou, who scolds him for his behavior rather than expressing jealousy. Mei arrives and shares her negative opinion of Kakeru, causing him to leave in disgust. She acknowledges Aikou's sacrifices but firmly states she will not give up Yamato. Yamato subsequently catches up with Mei and confesses that he previously slept with Aikou because she was heartbroken and lost at the time. He swears he will never repeat such actions with any other girl, except potentially with Mei.
