Mei grows depressed as Yamato continues modeling for Megumi’s magazine, spending more time at shoots than with her. Although he texts her, he remains distant, prompting Kenji’s observation of his coldness. Mei notices he no longer wears his bracelet and hears rumors of him visiting Megumi’s house. Despite trying to ignore these signs, her anxiety grows, though she initially keeps her friends out of it. Aiko scolds Mei for isolating herself and causing Asami worry. Supported by Aiko and Asami, Mei finally confronts Yamato directly and kisses him to address the growing tension and uncertainty in their relationship.
