With Valentine's Day near, Tamako proposes a shopping district campaign, but her father Mamedai opposes it as too modern. Tamako and Mochizou film a commercial, causing Tamako's friend Midori Tokiwa to feel conflicted about her emotions toward Tamako. During the screening, Dera replaces the projector by projecting images through his eyes. After the commercial, Dera displays a video message from his home country. As the holiday arrives, Midori begins to accept her feelings.
