Ep. 2: Club formation faces obstacles as members rehearse despite missing adviser and traffic delays.

Sawa introduces Wakana and Konatsu to her home, revealing Konatsu’s past recital incident to secure Wakana’s club membership. The trio recruits sufficient members to present their proposal to Principal Tayoru Ikezaki, who approves the club and agrees to serve as adviser upon learning of Wakana’s involvement. Konatsu and Wakana select a song reminiscent of her mother’s lullabies, though Vice-Principal Naoko Takakura initially objects. When Tayoru disappears due to a bicycle accident, Konatsu sends Wakana ahead while she waits. The group reaches the theater with Tomoko, but other members remain stuck in traffic. Undeterred, Konatsu and Sawa perform with Wakana on piano, successfully completing the rehearsal. Consequently, Naoko assumes the advisory role while Tayoru recovers from his injuries.
