Ep. 6: Wakana Recovers From Illness And Honors Mahiru's Musical Legacy

While recovering from a cold, Wakana visits Konatsu, recalling her promise with Mahiru to compose a song together. She receives a tape from Shiho featuring Mahiru’s choir club recordings before Sawa’s horse riding lessons. The following day, Wakana assists Taichi and Atsuhiro with vocal practice and visits Tomoko and her newborn. Her father later explains that Mahiru hid her illness to prevent their shared song from becoming sad. Offering sheet music Mahiru wrote before her death and revealing he kept the piano, her father encourages Wakana to complete the piece. Inspired by the tape, Wakana rediscover her passion for singing and joins the club in a group performance.
