Konatsu faces a membership crisis as many members quit, prompting Naoko to threaten dissolving the choir club alongside Taichi’s badminton club. Taichi recruits Wien and introduces him to his sister. To resolve the shortage, Taichi challenges Konatsu to a 2 vs 3 badminton match, which the choir club wins. Konatsu proposes a joint choir and badminton club. They seek approval from Tayoru, who references a past choir club involving Wakana’s mother. Despite Naoko’s opposition, Taichi and Wakana support the proposal, leading to Tayoru’s approval. Konatsu decides to enter a World Music Festival in the village. Meanwhile, Wakana encounters a strange foreigner again.
