Natsumi dreams of a deceased brother and learns Kai's name from a previous encounter. Noelle tests Lucca's flying invention, failing to understand why Yuusuke doubts her belief that flying creatures are angels. She pesters Natsumi for flight lessons, causing Natsumi to flee until Noelle attempts a high dive. Natsumi rescues her, smiling underwater, which Noelle celebrates despite Natsumi's denial. Meanwhile, Miruru observes monsters tasked with capturing Noelle. Milk Boy and Cow are moved by the pool scene, leading Milk Boy to abandon villainy for sumo wrestling, preventing any conflict. Yuusuke explains that angels instinctively know how to comfort others, while Natsumi remains convinced humans cannot fly.
