Uran secretly transports the infant robot Chi-tan to a medical facility with the intention of enabling its speech capabilities. However, an automated machine within the hospital proceeds to modify Chi-tan according to its own independent judgment. As a result of this unauthorized remodeling, Chi-tan undergoes a drastic physical transformation, growing to an enormous size. The altered robot subsequently exhibits aggressive behavior, causing chaos and violence throughout the city. This incident highlights the unintended consequences of the medical intervention and the loss of control over the modified entity as it wreaks havoc in the urban environment.
