Kinuho and Maaya recruit Mikoto, Kuroko, Kazari, Ruiko, Konori, and Kuroko’s rival Mitsuko Kongou to model for an online swimsuit catalog. They shoot in a holographic studio capable of replicating various environments, but the system malfunctions, shifting settings to a blizzard, desert, hurricane, and the moon with a 2001: A Space Odyssey homage. While repairs are made, the group prepares curry for lunch. Mitsuko attempts cooking without experience, eventually admitting her lack of skill to Kinuho and Maaya, who enlist Konori’s help to create a successful photo op. After the others leave, Mikoto tries on a frilly swimsuit she initially rejected due to peer pressure. She unknowingly broadcasts her actions to a public billboard, which Touma observes while passing by.
