Ep. 14: Level Upper students attend special classes to surpass limits and regain powers.

Ruiko and other Level Upper users attend a special class at a certain high school. Their teacher, Komoe Tsukuyomi, teaches them about personal reality for ability development. During lunch, Ruiko meets Miho, with whom she has exchanged letters since their incident. For PE, Yomikawa makes the class run laps to show how to surpass limits. Elder Sister, a gangster Mikoto fought previously, complains that the classes are punishment for using Level Upper. Ruiko tells her they deserved it for cheating. Komoe later explains the classes are lessons to motivate students to regain their powers. Her speech impresses the class, encouraging Ruiko to keep trying. After receiving a letter from Miho, who wants to follow her example, Ruiko reunites with Mikoto, Kuroko, and Kazari.
