Mamori and Mirei are rescued by Meifon and brought to a small town managed by Torino Kazumi, who supports girls unable to remain at Veste. Unbeknownst to Kazumi, Charlotte discovers that Meifon has been repeatedly stealing supplies from Wärter and orders Kazumi to capture her. Upon arriving in Torino Town, Kazumi finds Mirei willing to accept blame for the thefts. As Charlotte prepares to strike, Mamori intervenes to protect Mirei, allowing her to fight back. Although the pair is overpowered by Kazumi, who fights without an Arm, they are saved by Rain Hasumi and Lady J, who operate together as the duo Lady Lady.
