Ep. 5: Thorfinn attempts to assassinate Askeladd after his raid on an English village

Askeladd and his crew arrive in England near the Humber River to resupply, subsequently pillaging a nearby village. Thorfinn rushes ashore and spends the night preparing to assassinate the sleeping Askeladd, but ultimately fails to carry out the act. He retreats to the woods to train alone before emerging to challenge Askeladd to a duel. Thorfinn is swiftly defeated once more, yet Askeladd acknowledges his potential strength. Consequently, Askeladd promises Thorfinn another opportunity to fight him if he proves his worth in future battles.
