Ulla pilots a Maneuver-Blade prototype that blinds Saiki. He relies on Kariya to guide him to the Daiva Broadcasting building using a World War III-era Maneuver-Blade. Ageha hacks military Bugmechs to attack Ulla. Jimmy broadcasts footage of Hounds being executed by soldiers, causing AGS security forces to turn against the military before they seize the building. Ulla is killed by Saiki. Haruki then appears before AGS employees, assumes the presidency, and renames the company Daiva Security. His father, Fumihiko, retires to tend to sunflowers. Kariya and Jimmy resume work as DS employees. Saiki vanishes from Daiva City, leaving his whereabouts unknown.
