Ep. 9: AGS exploits Haruki's death to frame Viper unit and hunt Saiki

AGS utilizes Haruki's death to advance anti-Hound operations and promote its own agenda. The Viper unit is deployed to a Hound safehouse, but military forces intervene to arrest them. News reports falsely accuse the unit of massacring peacefully surrendering Hound members, branding them as terrorists. Consequently, Saiki and his comrades must go into hiding while AGS security forces mobilize to capture them before the police and military can. Saiki survives an attack by intruding masked men, who are revealed to be military commandos. Other Viper members also face these commandos as they rush to escape and regroup to uncover the truth behind the conspiracy.
