Ulla Chiaki, leader of the Hound, appears on national television to accuse the Vipers of murdering his comrades. Meanwhile, AGS technician Jimmy assists Kariya in escaping custody with help from hacker Ageha. The Vipers regroup in an off-grid abandoned warehouse to evade AGS security and law enforcement. To uncover the truth behind their framing as terrorists, Saiki leads the group in storming AGS headquarters to recover their Maneuver-Blades. During the escape, Norma is killed after being wounded by Utsugi, a kidnapper who orchestrated the ransom plot for her daughter. Norma sacrifices herself by ramming her Maneuver-Blade into two VTOL jets to cover the others' retreat.
