After this encounter, the group prepares to return to Shonan. On the way, Masaki visits Hayama, the town where Sho grew up. During this visit, Masaki publicly declares his determination to surpass Sho, conquer every wave he faces, and confidently move forward into the future. This sequence highlights the growing rivalry and the characters' resolve to improve their surfing skills for the challenges ahead.
