Ep. 12: Darcia mourns Hamona while Blue and the wolves flee hunters with Hubb seeking Cher.

Jaguara's forces assault Darcia's keep, allowing Cher to escape. Darcia discovers Hamona deceased and rejects Cheza's attempt to revive her, instead collapsing in grief. In the city, wolves rescue Blue from men intending to force her into prostitution. Hige wishes to shelter her, but Tsume and Toboe oppose this due to her past hunting with Quent. Blue departs, revealing her uncertainty about wolves killing Quent's family and her hesitation to stay with him due to her half-wolf nature. Toboe locates them, and the trio returns to find Kiba and Tsume under attack by the same men, who seek to sell the wolves to Jaguara. An elderly couple aids their escape. Meanwhile, Hubb arrives at the aerial city and locates Quent at a bar. Quent confirms his suspicion that Blue's wolf heritage helped her track them. Hubb drinks with him before Quent proposes searching the next town, assuming Cher has already left.
