Superintendent Yakushiji and Assistant Inspector Izumida assume custody of a child who does not recognize them, subsequently naming her Monami. Concurrently, the Queen of Shiba demolishes DK Pharmaceuticals and various public structures, while strengthening an alliance with the Defense Minister to advance their mutual goals. She is subsequently placed inside an incubating apparatus for confinement.
