News spreads that Zane is dueling Aster Phoenix in a Pro-League match. While Zane prepares, he sees a duelist attacked by a powerful monster that claims destiny cannot be escaped. Aster discusses his upcoming victory with manager Sartorius, who insists Aster must return to Duel Academy to rematch Jaden, this time permitted to win. As the school watches, Aster reveals a Hero deck similar to Jaden’s but featuring different fusion monsters like Phoenix Enforcer. Although Zane anticipated the strategy, Aster’s unique cards prove superior. Zane fights hard but loses to Shining Phoenix Enforcer. Zane realizes Aster was the attacker, and the academy concludes that no one can defeat him.
