Zero no Tsukaima

The continent of Halkeginia consists of numerous kingdoms, princedoms, and fiefdoms in constant competition for power and territory. Political maneuvering among nobles is common, often involving alliances with both domestic and foreign leaders. Tristein, a small but significant kingdom located in the heart of Halkeginia, is home to the Tristein Academy of Magic, a prestigious institution where nobles from various regions study to become magi. Students at the academy often form cross-border friendships, though these relationships may be tested by the political realities outside the school. Louise, a student at the academy, struggles with her magical abilities. During a ceremony where students summon a familiar, she unexpectedly calls forth a boy named Hiraga Saito, who has somehow been transported from another world and becomes her familiar.
