Mexico's richest woman, Madame Tequila owns a black diamond named the Black Pig of Mexico. Realizing that Lupin is after her diamond, Madame Tequila appoints Inspector Zenigata to guard it. However, what Madame Tequila doesn't tell Inspector Zenigata is that she also has a 10 billion dollar insurance policy on the diamond. After seeing Inspector Zenigata's valiant attempt at capturing Lupin, Madame Tequila decides to adopt Inspector Zenigata as her heir. And she's not taking no for an answer!
