Dianna (Kihel) sends Guin a letter inviting him to the Moonrace's declaration of a nation in the Sunbelt Zone. The Militia starts recruiting Moonrace technicians to join them. The Moonrace are quite afraid of the stormy weather. Loran and Gavane fight each other. The fight is stopped by Lily and when Bruno and Jacop try to steal food, which is really spare mobile suit parts. Teteth meets up with them and convinces them to help her assassinate Dianna. Harry and Loran fight them off.
