Pocket Monsters Side Story

A set of episodes from the Pocket Monsters anime series was broadcast as part of the Weekly Pokémon Broadcasting Station in Japan, airing alongside Pocket Monsters Advanced from December 3, 2002, to September 28, 2004. These episodes were occasionally shown instead of regular reruns. In Japan, there were 16 episodes in total. The U.S. version, known as Pokémon Chronicles, included 22 episodes, with six additional ones sourced from past movies and specials. These added episodes included the first three from *Pokémon: The Legend of Thunder!* and episodes four, twenty, and twenty-two from *Pokémon: Pikachu's Winter Vacation* (2001).
