2002年12月3日Brock is back in Pewter City after his adventures in Johto, but he finds his father Flint hiding at the edge of town. Flint warns him that something terrible has happened: Brock's mother Lola took over the Pewter Gym and turned it into a gaudy Water-type Gym! When Brock sees this, he's furious, but Flint is afraid to act and Lola won't listen. So Brock declares that Flint will battle Lola for the Gym—if Lola loses, the Gym goes back to the way it was. But if she wins, all of Brock's siblings will become Water-type Trainers! With the Gym now a watery battlefield, Flint's Golem is at a disadvantage. Once Lola's Marill uses Surf, Golem sinks like a rock, and Lola's Blastoise has to fish it out of the water. When Flint starts to walk away, dejected, Lola reminisces about their first battle together. This rekindles their love, but Brock doesn't care. He's not even impressed when Flint and Lola try to patch things up by making the Pewter Gym a Rock-and-Water-type Gym. Brock's brother, Forrest, isn't happy either; he throws a fit and runs out of the house. Forrest doesn't want to be a Gym Leader now that the Pewter Gym isn't a Rock-type Gym, but Brock assures Forrest that he'll fix it. The next morning, Brock insists on battling Lola for the fate of the Gym. Brock chooses Onix, and Lola chooses Mantine. Brock has Onix use Dig to drain all the water from the battlefield, but Mantine can still swoop through the air and use Water-type attacks. Still, the battle doesn't last long before Onix knocks out Mantine, and now the Gym is back to being a simple, no-frills Rock-type Gym. As for the family, they don't seem to mind. They give Brock a hearty send-off as he heads out to Hoenn, and Forrest promises to battle Brock the next time he returns! (Source: Official Site)

Unaware that three of her enemies are in town, Misty rushes to the Gym and finds an out-of-control Gyarados in the pool. It's Misty's duty as Gym Leader to solve the problem, except she's also had a Gyarados phobia ever since she was a baby! Misty puts on a water show costume and swims in the pool, hoping to stir Gyarados's memories of performing together back when it was a Magikarp. Instead, Gyarados turns the pool into a raging whirlpool, and Misty blacks out. As her Horsea rescues her, she dreams of Ash and Brock telling her she can do this on her own. When she comes to, however, she reluctantly puts Gyarados in an underwater cage, hoping to protect the other Pokemon. 2002年12月17日From his castle high on a hill, a mad scientist dispatches a giant robot to the village below. The villagers sound the alarm, afraid that the robot will ruin their crops, and a girl named Kate hopes that the angels of justice will save her village. Instead, Team Rocket—fresh from being blasted off by Pikachu—land right in front of the villagers, and Kate mistakes them for the superheroes known as Team Righteous. The grateful villagers tell Team Rocket that the stranger in the castle keeps sending robots to destroy their fields during the harvest season, and they want Team "Righteous" to protect them. Surprisingly, Jessie thinks this is a great idea; they'll fool the village and turn it into Team Rocket territory. Meowth makes a Meowthmobile mecha out of the robot they destroyed, and Team Rocket heads for the castle. After a brief battle with another robot, they get inside and discover the robot's creator, Professor Brown. Professor Brown is a shy inventor who actually built the robots to make friends with the villagers and help with the farm work. Team Rocket figures they can use this to their advantage, but now a swarm of Taillow is headed for the fields. This could destroy the harvest, so Professor Brown uses one of his devices to add rocket power to the Meowthmobile. Once the Meowthmobile flies up to the Taillow, Team Rocket is out of ideas, but Professor Brown uses his device to vacuum up the Taillow and save the harvest. Now he's the new hero of the village! Kate still wants James to stay, and James wants to stay too—except he accidentally launches Team Rocket and the Meowthmobile back into the sky. 2003年9月30日In the middle of being blasted off again, James finds a bottle cap from his training days that starts everyone reminiscing about being Team Rocket trainees. Jessie was a problem trainee, unable to work with any partner for long. Meowth walked into Giovanni's office, asking to be made a Team Rocket field agent. And Butch and Cassidy were trainees, too—Cassidy was Jessie's constant rival. Drill Sergeant Viper ordered Jessie to start training with her new partner, James, and Meowth was assigned to their team after Giovanni lost patience with its incompetence. In their first team challenge, they had 24 hours to reach a target location in the wilderness, surviving on a loaf of bread and bottle of water per person. When Meowth ate all its food right away, James shared his food with Meowth. Jessie sniffed at such sentiment, but when they made camp that night, she reluctantly shared her own food with the other two. The next day, the trio had to cross a rickety bridge. Jessie made it across, but the bridge collapsed beneath Meowth and James. Although Jessie grabbed them just in time, James let go and fell into the river below, thinking it was for the best. His injuries put him out of action for the final trainee test: a real heist job to steal a red Snorlax from an office tower. But to Jessie's surprise, James showed up for the mission anyway. Nothing would keep him from being there for his team! The only teams left were Jessie, James, and Meowth against Butch and Cassidy; in the final room, Butch and Cassidy fell into a pit trap, and James and Meowth almost fell in as well. This time, Jessie grabbed her partners and wouldn't let go, even when the building's alarms went off. As soon as she pulled them to safety, they started to make off with the Snorlax, but time was up—and the Snorlax was Drill Sergeant Viper in disguise! Not only did Butch and Cassidy pass, but Jessie, James, and Meowth also become real Team Rocket agents for getting as far as they did. Back in the present day, Team Rocket is still blasting off after another failure, but no matter what, they're still a team! (Source: Official Site)

2003年10月7日Richie and Sparky are in the big city, where the nearest Pokemon Center is scheduled for demolition. Two Nurse Joys—a grandmother and granddaughter—are trying to stop the demolition crew, so Richie and his Pokemon step in to drive off the crew's Pokemon. The Nurse Joys tell him that this Pokemon Center opened 75 years ago, back when the area was a rural place where Celebi lived. That was the same day the elder Nurse Joy's friend, Nick, was lost in a landslide. That night, a Celebi appears before Richie and shows him a Celebi carving hidden in the Pokemon Center's furniture. Then Richie is surrounded by light, and the next thing he knows, he's in the middle of a forest! Richie hears a cry for help, and he rescues a young Joy from falling off a cliff. Joy leads him to the local Celebi shrine, where he's introduced to her friend Nick. Richie is in the past—and it's the day before the Pokemon Center first opened! Nick invites Richie to stay with him and his father for the night. They're traveling carpenters, and they'll leave tomorrow now that their work on the Center is complete. Nick is carving a Celebi statue for Joy but he won't stay for the Center opening and her birthday party, even after Richie tries to convince him to go. That night, in the middle of a storm, Joy goes missing and everyone in town is looking for her. Nick thinks she's in the forest, so he and Richie go to look for her. They find Joy unconscious, knocked out by a falling tree on her way to check the Celebi shrine. Lightning threatens to set fire to the shrine, and Nick is almost hit by lightning himself as he tries to stop the flames. But Celebi appears to protect him and Joy is so touched, she decides to become a nurse and stay at the Pokemon Center. The next day, Nick doesn't show up at the party, so Richie takes Joy's Ponyta and rides off to find him. Nick and his father are on a cart headed out of town, but Richie forces them to stop. He tells Nick to be brave and give the Celebi carving to Joy, so Nick and his father turn around just in time to avoid a deadly landslide. As Nick gives Joy his gift and admits his feelings for her—feelings that are mutual—Celebi whisks Richie back to the present. Now, the Pokemon Center is being restored, not demolished, and Nick is the town mayor. The concrete jungle has been replaced with a pleasant, tree-filled town, and Celebi even makes a special appearance before the townspeople. (Source: Official Site)

The mayor's son, Gilbert, is supposed to receive his first Pokemon, but the Tauros broke through the walls of the lab and now the starter Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur have all escaped. And when Gilbert does show up, he has a lot of attitude but very little affection for Pokemon: he just wants something cool and powerful, not a Kanto starter Pokemon! However, everyone's first priority is to catch the runaway Pokemon. Tracey and Ash's mom Delia will go one way, Professor Oak, Gilbert, and Ash's Bulbasaur head for the mountains. In the forest, Tracey and Delia rescue Charmander from a stream. Up in the mountains, Gilbert is scared of the high, narrow path, and is ready to walk away even after he spots Squirtle stuck on a tree overhead. But when Gilbert falls off the path, Bulbasaur saves him—and when Professor Oak catches Squirtle but nearly falls off too, Bulbasaur makes another save. Then Bulbasaur plays with Squirtle to reassure it after its big scare. This gets Gilbert thinking about Bulbasaur's loyalty, and he even tries to play with Squirtle himself. As for the missing Bulbasaur, it's been seen all over town. Now it's hiding in a tree, cornered by a bunch of wild Primeape! Gilbert is about to abandon Bulbasaur too, but Professor Oak tries to rescue it. When Gilbert sneezes, he tips off the Primeape to the rescue and they all attack! Gilbert and the little Bulbasaur wind up trapped by the Primeape at the edge of a cliff, but Ash's Bulbasaur jumps in to protect them. It hoists Gilbert and the little Bulbasaur to safety, and then scares off the Primeape. Back at the lab, with everything back to normal, Gilbert decides the Kanto starter Pokemon aren't so bad after all. He decides to stick with the little Bulbasaur. He's learned a lot from the example set by Ash's Bulbasaur, and he even thanks it as he heads off on his own Pokemon journey! (Source: Official Site)

Crystal's Ivysaur tries to stop them, but Gary just has his Dodrio jump on the helicopter to wreck Team Rocket's plans and help free Aerodactyl. Once free, all Aerodactyl wants is to eat in peace, but Gary approaches it with a peace offering of fruit. That wins Aerodactyl over, and soon Aerodactyl is happily eating the food that Crystal offers, too. With everything on the island back to normal, Professor Oak and Tracey say their fond farewells and return to Pallet Town. (Source: Official Site)

15EP 15Casey 協助受傷的投手 Corey Demario 和他缺乏自信的 Charizard Don 重拾信心。
2004年9月21日After the Electabuzz's 10th loss in a row, Casey is upset about the fortunes of her favorite baseball team. With star pitcher Corey Demario sidelined by a shoulder injury, there's no relief in sight for the Electabuzz! But when Casey sees a runaway Charizard in the park, she realizes its Trainer is none other than Corey Demario himself. During his recovery, he's helping out his father, a Pokemon rancher. The Charizard, Don, really belongs to a boy named Benny, but Corey raised it—and now he's trying to help Don, who's so insecure it can't even fly or use Flamethrower. Naturally, Casey offers to help Don regain its righting spirit. Back at the ranch, Corey's dad tells Casey that Corey's arm is fine, but Corey's lost the confidence to go back to pitching. Helping Don was supposed to help Corey too, but the plan hasn't worked, so now it's up to Casey. Casey starts by making everyone do some cheerleading, then orders Don to battle. Corey's father sends out his Ampharos, but Don is soundly defeated since it can't fly out of the way or attack with Flamethrower. When Casey blames Don for the failure, Corey comes to his old friend's defense and swears he'll help Don himself. That's exactly how Casey wanted him to react, but will it work? Up in the hills, Corey encourages Don to fly, but Don loses altitude halfway across a river canyon and ends up clinging to a tree. When Corey tries to help, he falls off a cliff himself and becomes trapped on a ledge. Casey finds the two of them and climbs down to help Corey, but she too falls off the rocks! Corey pitches a rope to her and pulls her to safety, but Don can't help either of them: Don freezes up whenever it sees water. So Corey tells Casey to get on his back, and he starts to climb out of the canyon himself. However, a sudden storm has made the rocks slippery, and this time Corey and Casey slip and fall into the raging waters below. Don leaps into the water to save them, then soars into the sky and takes Corey and Casey for a ride. It even has its Flamethrower back! Soon Corey is back on the pitcher's mound, as good as ever, with his friend Don flying overhead for support. Now that's Electabuzz spirit! (Source: Official Site)

2004年9月28日Richie is on the S.S. Anne when a school of wild Gyarados block the waters ahead. The crew is about to take the long way around, but a grizzled Trainer named Silver orders his Salamence to send the Gyarados packing so the trip can continue. Silver also has a Chikorita, and a lifelong mission: to battle the Legendary Moltres! But Richie thinks there's something suspicious about the two researchers with Silver, especially when the ship docks at an evacuated volcanic island and Richie sees the three of them sneaking onto the shore. Richie jumps ship and follows them, convinced something is up. When he catches them headed for the top of the volcano, they tell him Moltres should appear at this volcano tomorrow. The researchers want to sample Moltres's fire for scientific reasons, so they enlisted Silver's help—and they don't want Richie tagging along. However, Richie later overhears the researchers talking, and they're really Butch and Cassidy! Richie tells Silver that something is wrong, but Silver doesn't care; he likes Richie's stubbornness and even lets Richie join the group. The next day, they make it to the top of the volcano and see Moltres flying straight for them. Silver orders Salamence to battle it, but Moltres' fire attacks seem unusually weak. That's because it recharges its energy at the volcano, and Butch and Cassidy want to snag it while it's weak! When Silver refuses to do their dirty work, Team Rocket gets out Cloyster and Tentacruel to help capture Moltres in a net. When Silver comes to Moltres' aid, Team Rocket stick Silver and Richie in a net, too! But Silver's Chikorita cuts open the net, and Richie's Pikachu blasts Team Rocket into the sky. Moltres plunges into the volcano's lava and emerges fully refreshed. Silver insists on a battle, even though the volcano is about to erupt beneath him. But he rethinks his position after Moltres saves him from being crushed by falling rock; he has Salamence fly him and Richie to safety. Moltres has flown away, but Silver will wait for Moltres. If Richie stops by the island again someday, they can have a battle too! (Source: Official Site)
