Kotaro sees an elderly man and woman are asking for money and decides to help them. He is later stopped by a policeman who tells him that they are scammers. Kotaro does not believe this however and runs away, locking himself in a modified building. Kuro and friends must team up to try and convince Kotaro to stop. This was the last episode to be aired outside of Japan. While its unknown why, it's assumed to be due to episode 66 airing after the bankruptcy of the production company, leaving it in some sort of legal limbo. (Source: Wikipedia)
