Ijigen no Sekai El Hazard

A 17-year-old girl named Qawool Towles becomes the new Priestess of Water and is accepted by most, except for Shayla-Shayla. During her initiation, a being named Arjah appears and moves them to an alternate world called Creteria. This is a harsh, industrial land controlled by a tyrant named Dall. To return to El-Hazard, Makoto and the others must uncover the mystery of the Spring of Life, an ancient object that appears to be failing.
