Kimi no Matsu Basho e

A man named Souta, originally from Soka city, returns after living in Tokyo for some time. He is engaged and searching for a new home to share with his fiancée, Miki. During his house hunt, he spots a strange bird and follows it, leading him to meet Akiko, a woman who has time-traveled to the future. As Souta shows her around Soka, Akiko comments on the city's changes and considers her own future, revealing she is also engaged.
