Yama no Susume

Aoi enjoys indoor activities and has a fear of heights, while her childhood friend Hinata is enthusiastic about mountain climbing. As children, they once saw a sunrise from a mountain peak and now both take up climbing to experience it again. They engage in cooking competitions using climbing equipment, practice on local hills, and meet others interested in climbing to learn the basics.
