Karasugaoka Don't be shy!!

A town is split into two halves, each protected by a different vigilante group. The leaders of these groups appear to be at odds, though there is an underlying tension between them. One of the leaders secretly cares for the other and wishes to be closer. However, personal and professional obstacles, along with a reserved nature, make this difficult. Whether these feelings will be acted upon remains uncertain.
