By 2104 AD, the global conflict has ended, and peace appears within reach. Yet, a powerful criminal organization, the Black Orchid, continues to threaten stability with its far-reaching influence. In response, an international unit called the Storm Force was established to dismantle the Black Orchid. This group is also referred to by the codename "Fire Storm."
