Teruaki finally gets the chance to go swimming, but is disappointed to learn that Okinawans are not big on stylish swimsuits, mainly because of the hostile aquatic wildlife. We also learn that Okinawa has a very car-centric lifestyle, since there are no railways on the island, and only one monorail, which Kana obsessed over as a child. Yae voices her frustration over the lack of any romantic progress between Teruaki and Kana, whom she is rooting for.
