Furin High School is known for its low academic performance and intense student conflicts. Haruka Sakura, a freshman from outside the city, arrives with the goal of becoming the strongest. The school is part of a group that safeguards the town, known as the "Chime of the Wind Breaker" – Bofurin. Sakura's journey as a delinquent unfolds within this environment.
