As class president, Chiyo solicits ideas for the upcoming cultural festival, prompting Yukari to critique traditional approaches. Chiyo implements a suggestion box, which yields the idea for a stuffed animal exhibition. Kimura tries to contribute but is stopped by Tomo. Chiyo introduces her dog, Mr. Tadakichi, to Sakaki, who enjoys petting him and is amazed when Chiyo rides the animal. On the festival day, Tomo wears a catsuit to advertise the event around the school. Sakaki assists students in purchasing stuffed toys throughout the day. Following the event, Yukari's class celebrates their significant success.
