Hitagi accepts Koyomi’s claim that he stumbled rather than being hit by a car. Koyomi visits Suruga, whose room is filled with red books, and she apologizes for her previous violence. When asked about her strength, she reveals she possesses a literal monkey’s paw. She also bluntly states she is a lesbian, which surprises Koyomi. He takes her to Oshino, who determines the arm is actually a lesser devil’s limb because a monkey’s paw does not attach to its owner. Consequently, the arm will claim Suruga’s soul after three wishes are fulfilled.
